How It Began

A vision of effortless elegance

Velours was founded in 2016 by Elise Marchetti, a former fashion designer who believed that true luxury belonged in the intimate — not just the public. Growing up between Paris and Milan, Elise was shaped by a European philosophy of dressing with intention.

After years working in haute couture, she noticed a gap: lingerie that was truly beautiful, truly comfortable, and designed with a modern woman's life in mind. Velours was her answer.

Every piece in our collection is designed in our London studio and crafted by artisan workshops across France and Italy, using only the finest satin, silk, and lace from heritage mills.

Velours is picked up by Le Bon Marché in Paris — a milestone that cements our European identity.

E-Commerce Launch

We bring Velours online, reaching customers globally for the first time.

Full Size Range
